The Warmbaderhof Sachertorte is made with Callebaut chocolate and regional products such as Unterweger jam from East Tyrol and flour from the Trattner mill (Mühldorf Spittal, the smallest mill in Carinthia).
The special feature of our Sacher cake is the icing. It is a good composition of high-quality chocolate and a hint of hazelnut flavouring.
